• Most tool inputs stay in your browser and are not uploaded to FastUtils.

Data we process

Tool data processed locally

Unless a tool clearly offers a save or share action, text, JSON, cookies, prompts, names and other values you enter are processed in your browser. Closing or refreshing the page may remove that data, depending on the tool.

Saved wheel short links

When you select Save on a wheel tool, FastUtils sends the wheel item list to our API. The stored record contains the item list, a creation timestamp and an internal format version. It does not add your name or email address.

A random short code is used to retrieve the wheel. Anyone who has the short link can open its item list, so do not save confidential, personal or sensitive information. Saved wheel records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV for up to 365 days and then expire automatically. They may be removed earlier for operational, safety or legal reasons.

Hosting and security data

FastUtils is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard network data such as IP addresses, request headers, requested URLs, device or browser information and routing data to deliver and protect the service. FastUtils also uses a requester IP-derived key to enforce a short per-minute wheel-creation limit. The IP address is not written into the saved wheel record.

Messages you send

If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you include so we can respond and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.

How we use and share data

We process data only to provide requested features, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, respond to messages and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Cloudflare acts as our infrastructure provider and processes data needed to deliver Workers, static assets, KV storage and rate limiting. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or the public.

Cookies, local storage and retention

FastUtils does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. A tool may use browser storage for a local feature or preference; browser storage stays on your device unless the tool explicitly offers a server-side save action.

Saved wheels are retained for up to 365 days. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security and legal recordkeeping. Cloudflare's retention practices for network and security data are described in its own policy.

Your choices and rights

• Use tools without selecting a save or share action to keep inputs in your browser.
• Clear browser storage through your browser settings.
• Do not put sensitive information in a saved wheel or contact email.
• Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion rights that apply where you live. For a saved wheel, include its short URL so we can identify the record.

We may need enough information to verify and complete a request, but please do not email passwords, authentication cookies or identity documents unless we specifically and securely request them.
