Plan without mental math

How the overlap planner works

1. Add team cities

Start with two locations and add up to five. Each city uses an IANA time zone rather than a fixed offset.

2. Set working hours

Pick a shared local workday range. Full one-hour slots inside that range are highlighted.

3. Copy the result

Share the best continuous overlap block with each city's local time and a link back to the planner.

FAQ

Time zone meeting questions

Does this account for daylight saving time?

Yes. The selected date is converted with the browser's IANA time zone data, so seasonal offset changes are included automatically.

How is the recommended window chosen?

The planner finds every one-hour slot that starts inside working hours for all cities, then recommends the longest continuous block.

Can I connect a calendar?

No. This focused planner does not request calendar permissions. Copy the result into your preferred calendar or team chat.
