Can the same prize win twice?
Yes by default. Turn on “Remove the winning prize after each draw” to prevent repeat wins while at least two prizes remain.
Are giveaway entries uploaded?
The wheel and winner history run locally in your browser. Saving a short share URL stores the prize list only when the optional FastUtils sharing service is available.
